We are so excited to host you at High Hopes, a luxury cabin offering modern amenities and breathtaking views. Enjoy our firepit, hot tub, having dinner on the screened in porch or relaxing in the basement media room (separate entrance) where you can watch movies or relax and read a book!

We have 2 private bedrooms with a king and queen and a loft that has a trundle bed with two twin beds. We are just minutes from Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

DINING ROOM

Large table that comfortably seats 6 and an island bar with two bar stools.

BASEMENT-SEPARATE ENTRANCE

75” Smart TV with Roku. Large sectional with half bath, board games, and books. You do not enter the basement through the main house. You walk around to the basement deck area. Perfect for watching movies and kids even like sleeping down there!

KITCHEN

Kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, slow cooker, toaster oven, microwave, plenty pots and pans, blender, cookie sheets, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, colander, can and wine opener, cutting board, mixing bowls, tongs, whisk, cutlery, cooking knives, and steak knives. There is a whole house filter system on the water.

BUGS, BEARS, CRITTERS, and WILDLIFE

Please be aware that we perform regular pest control, but given the location of the cabin, you may see or encounter wildlife while in the home or area, including/not limited to: birds, bees, wasps, bats, squirrels, mosquitoes, spiders, snakes, fireflies, butterflies, asian beetles, lady bugs, ants, skunks, raccoons, black bears, etc. Wildlife encounters may happen: these are at your own risk & we are not liable to compensate you for encounters that occur during your stay.

Bears can be dangerous. Be responsible and deter unwanted wildlife where possible by not leaving food, compost, or birdseed outside that attracts wildlife, insects & other pests. Put garbage outside ONLY in the bear-proof enclosures(it is heavy), & make sure it is closed. Lock car doors to prevent bear entry! Clean grill after use.
