We’re a husband and wife team who believe deeply in the power of escape, not just to unwind, but to reconnect. High Hopes Hospitality was born out of our love for intentional spaces, where couples can slow down and families can come together without distractions.

 

Tucked away in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, each of our properties is designed with care, comfort, and a touch of magic because we know how valuable it is to press pause and truly be present with the people you love.

What is your check in and check out times?
Our check in time is 4:00pm and our check out time is 10:00am.
How close it the cabin to a town?
Ellijay is a short 15 minute drive, and Blue Ridge is a 10 minute drive. There is a gas station 5 minutes away.
Do you allow pets?
We allow pets at High Hopes but do not at Whispering Waters.

I am beyond blown away by the 3 days I spent at Whispering waters . Every single detail and touch is embedded in my head and my heart and I am so thankful out of all the cabins , I chose this one . Ms. Suzanne is an absolute gem and the communication, recommendations and thoughtfulness alone was worth every dime. From the moment we pulled in the drive way, it took my breath away. The porch with the soft warm glow of the light that was left on for us, the twinkle lights surrounding the dome and the private hot tub at night is a dream come true. Some of the best sleep I have ever ever had was in that king sized bed with the warm cozy colors and the real life lightning bugs shining outside of the window …. And don’t get me started on the lullaby of the creek . Blown away… I will never ever forget the memories made and what it has provided for me and my relationship. All I can do is recommend to the next couple or family ….. BOOK IT! You will not regret it and I will be back!

This place is really awesome. It's quiet, secluded, and kept up very well. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is great because it sits between Blue Ridge (awesome little town) and Ellijay, which are just a short drive away. The drive up the mountain is really fun as well! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet get away in a lux cabin! Also, Suzanne is very friendly and responsive!

Wow. Just wow. Whispering Waters is beautiful, peaceful & so cozy! We had the best time (this trip was a birthday present) and it was so relaxing! ☺️ Suzanne is a fantastic host and we had everything we needed & then some. The hot tub was fab, the front porch was a dream, and it was all secluded and charming. Beds were comfy and the cabin was wonderfully decorated. We even got to watch a doe eating in the woods for like 15 mins. 🦌 The location is great- close to downtown Blue Ridge but far enough out to enjoy some quality R&R. We HIGHLY recommend Whispering Waters for your next mountain getaway!! 👌🫶

This cabin is just so perfect. I’m particular, and this precious little place checked all the comfort boxes for me. It’s decorated spot on for a cozy inviting nest away from home. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures, but somehow it’s even better in person. One of those special places that just feels good when you walk in, so it puts you at ease immediately. The stream out front was the perfect asmr soundtrack for early morning coffee on the swing. The fire pit was just right for smores. Then, the igloo or the hot tub were the perfect way to round out the nights. Absolutely recommended a stay here. Suzanne was lovely, responded to every question, and made sure we felt welcome. I can not say enough about how much our family enjoyed staying here. Thank you for some awesome memories!!!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and so well-kept. It was super easy to find, which made check-in a breeze. The space was cozy, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was a huge hit—we spent hours unwinding in it—and the igloo was such a fun and unique touch that made our trip feel magical. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay again. The cabin is very nice, with beautiful surroundings and lots of thoughtful touches inside the cabin. The hot tub and views were amazing. This place is fabulous. Took my wife and two boys up there and we had a great time. We hiked and tubed down rivers, and chilled in the hot tub afterwards on the deck and spotted birds. The place is beautiful, super spacious and in perfect condition. The interior is fabulously finished and had everything we needed and much more than we had time for.

The place was impeccable when we arrived, very well decorated and everything was provided for a great stay, we were able to easily settle in, cook a delicious meal, listen to music and enjoy a good time with friends for my best friends bachelorette night. The place is incredible! Easily the best place I’ve stayed at while visiting Blue Ridge. The cabin comes equipped with just about anything you could need during your stay. Plus, it is neatly organized and labeled. It was also clean and tidy upon arrival. The view from the back deck is beautiful! It is very pet friendly with a large amount of the property being fenced in.
