We had a lovely stay at High Hopes cabin in Cherry Log. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout and communication was very efficient and clear the entire time. The home itself is very cozy and has definitely been decorated with a good sense of contemporary comfort. We had planned to do some hiking or sightseeing while we were there but intense rain meant we stayed in the cabin the whole trip. The large tvs, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds were very welcome amenities. We loved the views from the back deck and the hot tub was very clean and large. We definitely recommend it and would stay again!

My husband and I honeymooned in Suzanne’s cabin and it was PERFECT. The place was pristine and we felt like Suzanne thought of everything. The kitchen was well-stocked and the amenities were exactly as described. The cabin was quiet and private. We loved it and definitely hope to be back!

High Hopes was the seclusion that was needed. The cabin was very welcoming and quaint. The time seemed to creep by as nature provided an escape from reality. High Hopes offered a tranquil environment to allow the sounds of nature to take over. The location allowed for walks that were undisturbed, but the area did challenge your legs... Suzanne was prompt and was proactive on things that were needed and answered questions very promptly. Looking forward to book again!!

This was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The home was recently renovated and well thought out. We loved the hot tub, screened in porch, mountain view, rain shower, fireplace, and proximity to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. There was a Keurig and tea kettle, which often goes overlooked at many homes. We even had Xmas decor, including a tree, and s’mores ingredients along with skewers. It fit our party of 3 adults and 2 kids well.

Loved the Whispering Woods cabin - very cozy with peaceful mountain surroundings. The porch was the perfect place for quiet morning coffee while bundled in a blanket! It is conveniently located - minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay, and steps away from access to the BMT. The digital property guide was very helpful, and the host was very responsive.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Blue Ridge cabin and would absolutely return. The cabin was spotlessly clean, well stocked, and very comfortable, with cozy beds, great seating, and a kitchen that made cooking easy. The hot tub, fireplace, igloo seating area, and excellent outdoor lighting made the space relaxing, welcoming, and safe day and night. Our kids had a blast exploring the creek and nearby woods — even in December there was plenty of fun with rocks, mud, and nature play. The cabin felt peaceful, private, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout that showed how much care the hosts put into the experience. A perfect mountain retreat — highly recommend!

Well for starters , the heaters that were supposed to be on the walls in the bedroom were under a bed so I had to get them out and hang them on the wall myself. The listing says "gas" fireplace but it wasn't it was a wood fireplace. That wouldn't be a problem except the wood she provided had just been cut so it was still green and wouldn't burn. The dome that you are supposed to be able to sit in and stargaze was covered with mildew so you could barely see out of it. Last but not least , the hot tub. The first day I was there she sent a message saying that had just cleaned it and it may not be warm enough to get in. When I checked it the next morning, it wasn't even on. After contacting her she had me go outside and check the breaker , which was turned off. She said she didn't know how it got turned off. I checked it hours later and it was still cold, I messaged her and she said she was sending someone to fix it. I was there on my honeymoon for 4 days and it never worked .

The home and property were quite lovely and just as described. We did not use nearly half the amenities provided, but all looked wonderful. Cabin was warm and inviting with a gorgeous Christmas tree and other seasonal decorations throughout home. Our host answered every question no mater how ridiculous I thought it was - before and during the stay. We all hated the drive up and down - but that’s to be expected if you want the sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Best Christmas ever! Thank you Suzanne!
